About Us
Kasa Companies originated with a team of engineers providing industrial controls to a variety of industries in 1974. Kasa Fab, offering metal fabrication and contract manufacturing services, became a part of our team in 1988. Complimenting our offering to manufacturers, KSolutions was added in 2007 providing a leadership role in project management for manufacturing improvements. IntelliFinishing and Kasa Anlagen were added in 2010.
Kasa Companies is now an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and is comprised of five entities.
- Kasa Fab provides metal fabrication and component manufacturing to regional manufacturers.
- Kasa Industrial Controls is a global provider of automation services to manufacturing companies, the grain handling industry, food and beverage industry, and water/wastewater projects.
- IntelliFinishing provides industrial finishing systems.
- With a strong background in problem solving, project management and system integration, KSolutions provides customers ways to optimize efficiencies and increase return on investment.
- Kasa Anlagen is a joint venture with a company based in India.

Kasa has been involved with building new plants, including the Saturn Plant in Tennessee, and improving plants in the automotive industry. Our services include complete plant design, fabrication and implementation, and startup with a concentrated emphasis on plant automation and energy efficiency.
Our team of thirty engineers has expertise in Lean, plant monitoring systems, plant automation controls, and environmental controls.
